Sad news! Prof. Dora Akunyili has passed on

We've heard rumours of her death a few times before but unfortunately this time it's for real. Former Director General of NAFDAC and former Minister of Information Prof. Dora Akunyili has died. She died in the Indian hospital where she was taken to on May 11 to receive medical treatment after her health deteriorated.

Various reliable sources have confirmed her passing. She was only 59. So sad! May her soul rest in peace, Amen.

Love everything and everyone in your life and neighborhood. Be caring kind don't listen to the negative comments others make. Help your community so you can feel happy about your self.It can be in the form of keeping your community clean and encouraging others to do so or by helping an ailing person in your neighbourhood feel better. You can also gather everyone to celebrate certain occasions together. It always turns out to be fun. 

 

Live it to the max and do every thing you want to. Ever wanted to go rock climbing go ahead , Make a list of 50 things you want to do. Life is full of adventures , try hard never give up. Whenever you get a chance to try out something new never miss it.It may also include things you may think are boring but may not necessarily be that way. 

Stay fit and healthy exercise for at least an hour a day. When your healthy your happy, keep working out never stop working out. Surveys show that people who are healthier are happier. Eat everything that is healthy. Avoid junk food whenever you can. Be physically active. Take up a sport if you want to. 

 

Love every thing and everyone in your life, world and universe. Smell the roses , hug a tree, give all the love you can. Make your enemies friends. Enjoy the little pleasures of life. We often fail to notice these petty tings which are lovely. Such as taking a shower after a tiring day, feeling sleepy in the night, the wind that blows etc.  

Smile. People will start to approach you and you'll have lots of friends and be happier in general. Greet everyone by saying a hi. This will give others an impression that you are a friendly person. 

 

Find a good person to marry. Would you prefer a snobby rich person or a poor nice person? Think about it. Wealth and looks are not the only important things when it comes to life partner. Having fun is. With whom you have fun and are comfortable with is the most important.  

Start taking up hobbies. Sign your self up for classes ex. dance, soccer don't sit on the couch all day eating and watching TV. Enhance your skills and abilities. The more skills you have the better. Try perfecting the skills you think you already posses. 

 

Try to hug a tree per day. It shows you how much there is to life. Remember life is not only about humans but also about animals. Adopt a pet. Especially dogs they are selfless lovely creatures. Try and donate to an animal charity. 

Why do people cheat in relationships?

When you first fall in love with someone certain chemicals are released in your body that gives you the sensation of pleasure, joy and excitement. Later on these chemicals disappear and the feelings of love are felt through intimacy and closeness instead of butterflies in the stomach.
When a man meets another woman other than his wife and finds her attractive these chemicals are released once again whether he is a cheater or not. At this point cheaters go for the new relation while honest people avoid giving in to the feelings of attraction they felt.

People who don't understand this concept might cheat

When this happens to a cheater he never realizes that the attraction he feels towards that person results from the hormones that are released in his body but instead he thinks that he loves that new person more than his spouse.
Cheaters might say something like:

• I experience new feelings when i see her that i don't experience with my wife anymore
• I am more motivated to see him than to see my husband
• I never seem to get bored of her

When we formulate these terms scientifically they become as follows:

• I forget how those chemicals felt like, with that new person i can feel them again
• More chemicals are pumped into my body when i see him than when i see my husband
• i don't think those chemicals will ever stop being released (the same thought that he first got when he married his wife)

How to prevent cheating?

Most of the cheaters who understand this concept stop cheating simply because they realize that they are just chasing chemicals and not real feelings. In my book The ultimate guide to maintaining a healthy relationship i explained how both partners should understand the fact that chemicals won't last forever and that intimacy must take over such feelings in order for the relationship to survive.
People who cheat chase a mirage then sooner or later will find that the chemicals they were after disappeared once again and this is where serial cheating comes from.

How to make anyone fall in love with you

We fall in love when we meet people who meet the criteria we have In our subconscious minds which was formed as a result of our past experiences, the way we were raised and the life events we faced. (see The psychology of falling in love for more information on that topic).
However most psychologists nowadays talk about a new fact which is that love can hardly happen if there were no physical attraction in the beginning of the relationship.
This means that being attractive, at least according to the standards of the person you are trying to attract, is an essential ingredient for love to happen and even if all the criteria was met love cannot happen without physical attraction. (see Why we Find certain people Attractive

You can increase your attractiveness levels!!

So is it possible to make anyone fall in love with you?
Based on these theories and on what psychologists said, it’s only possible to make those who are physically attracted to you fall in love with you but not other people.
While I agree with the psychologists in their points still I don’t agree with the way most of people look at these findings. A normal person would read the previous lines then say “Oh , I don’t have a chance” but the truth is that your own levels of attractiveness can be changed and thus your chance of making someone fall in love with you can be increased !!
It was found that smiling, being more confident and assertive can increase your overall attractiveness. Moreover, in my book How to make someone fall in love with you I even explained how your overall perceived attractiveness can increase if members of the other sex noticed that you are demanded.
A research found that women find a man more attractive if they saw other women smiling at him!! (see What attracts women). So in short your overall attractiveness can be increased which in turn can allow you to make certain people fall in love with you even those who weren't previously interested in you.

You are interesting = you are attractive

The good news is that if someone finds you interesting then there is a very big possibility that he finds you attractive too.
When we say that someone is boring we actually mean that we don’t experience any kind of excitement when being with him and when say that someone is interesting we actually mean that certain hormones are flowing in our bodies that make us feel excited because of his presence.
In most cases being described as interesting means that you have managed to trigger excitement hormones in other people or In other words, you were labeled “Attractive” by this person who found you interesting.
There are lots of techniques that can help you make people fall in love with you, combine them with the techniques that make you more attractive and making anyone fall in love with you won’t be a hard task.

Sensitive nervous system?

People who have the Ectomorph body type (small limbs, slim body, almost no fats, low bone density) have a very sensitive nervous system.
In the demanding world we live in Ectomorphs can have a rough time if they didn't know how to deal with life pressures. First of all you should know that having a sensitive nervous system doesn't mean that you are an emotionally sensitive person but it just means that your nervous system is very sensitive to external stimuli.
Provided that all other factors are constant a person with a sensitive nervous system can get more motivated when he listens to motivational music than an ordinary person.
Because the nervous system of an Ectomorph is more receptive than that of an ordinary person he gets affected by external stimuli much more than other people.
However this kind of sensitivity is a two edged weapon, while an ectomorph can absorb positive messages sent to his nervous system faster than others he also absorbs negative messages with the same speed as well.

How to survive in a rough world with a sensitive nervous system

In order to avoid the disadvantages of your sensitive nervous system you need to avoid making some mistakes that many Ectomorphs do.

• 1) Excess stress: As an Ectomorph you should avoid excess stress at all costs. A small amount of stress is OK but when you find that things are going out of your hands you must take a break. Because your nervous system is too sensitive 10 minutes of excess stress might ruin the rest of your day so be careful not to overload your system
• 2) Don't do something that you hate often: Ectomorphs are much more receptive to external stimuli than others. If an ectomorph hates his job then after few weeks his life will turn into hell because of the unbearable emotions he will experience. sometimes its hard not to do the things that you hate in life but at least make sure you don't do those things often
• 3) Don't overload your system: Do you like loud music? Then don't keep listening to it for hours. Your nervous system is so powerful that it absorbs more data from the world than others and as a result it can easily get overloaded if too much data was presented to it.
• 4) Sleep extremely well: The last thing you would want to do if you are an ectomorph is to have a poor quality sleep. The nervous system gets really irritated when the body needs more sleep and as a result your whole day might be ruined if you didn't sleep well.

Emotional sensitivity vs a sensitive nervous system

Not all ectomorphs are emotionally sensitive. If an Ectomorph didn't know how to correctly process the words he hears or if he gave them an incorrect meaning then certainly he will become an emotionally sensitive person.
In other words emotional sensitivity isn't just the product of a sensitive nervous system but it has a lot to do with the meaning a person gives to the words.
In other words a normal person with a non sensitive nervous system will still get hurt if he interpreted the words of others incorrectly or gave them a negative meaning.

40 Boko Haram militants killed in Cameroon

Yaounde - 40 members of the Boko Haram sect were killed by the military in Cameroon, a day after Nigeria labelled the country the weakest link in its fight against insurgency, Valentino banks reports.

The insurgents were reportedly killed in the town of Kouserri, which borders Nigeria and Chad after a clash with the military.

The federal government had earlier accused the Cameroonian government of not fully supporting its fight towards ending the reign of Boko Haram unlike other countries like Niger and Chad.

In the early hours of this morning, residents in the Government Technical College, Lemna, Calabar, woke up to find a man dried up on PHCN power line poles, electrocuted. One resident said their lights went out very early in the morning and they thought it was the usual PHCN blackout, only to find the man hanging from the poles at the break of dawn.

Mama G, Aki, Mercy Aigbe, Others March For Kidnapped Schoolgirls

In a bid to add their voices to the call for the release of hundreds of schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko Haram insurgents in Chobok, Borno State, some Nollywood stars led by Patience Ozokwor, popularly called Mama G, on Thursday staged a rally in Lagos, western Nigeria.
NAN reports that the actors, which included Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, Ejiro Okurame, Mercy Aigbe, Femi Ogedengbe, Thelma Okaz and Tony Akposhere, marched from Allen Avenue to Alausa Secretariat soliciting for the release of the abducted school girls.
It could be recalled that the Boko Haram insurgents kidnapped no fewer than 276 schoolgirls at the Government Girls Secondary School in Chibok, Borno State on 14 April, 2014.
More than seven weeks after the terror attack, the Islamist militant group are yet to release the girls claiming they would only swap them for their members captured by the Nigerian military.

While demonstrating earlier today, the Nollywood actors said the march was their own way of celebrating the Democracy Day because they were unhappy that the kidnapped school children were still being held by the Boko Haram sect.

The actors, who marched with various placards with various inscriptions asking for the release of the girls, were addressed by the Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr Adeyemi Ikuforiji.

History behind Goodluck Jonathan

Born on November 20, 1957, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, currently is the President of Nigeria. He is a former zoologist who became Nigeria’s vice-president in the year 2007.
He was the Governor of Bayelsa State from Dec 9, 2005 to May 28, 2007, and was sworn in as the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 29 May 07.
He became the official President of Nigeria in May 6, year 2010,This comes as the nation prepares to bury its former leader Umaru Yar’Adua who died on the 5th of May 2010, after a prolonged illness that saw his Vice-President stepped in to his shoes as Acting President.
There had been tension in the country as rival political groups fight to assert authority in what was seen as a power vacuum during the period of the illness of Yar’Adua. Family Man: He is happily married to Patience and has 2 children. Jonathan, of the Ijo (Ijaw) ethnic group and a devoted Christian, he was born and raised in Niger delta which is now Bayelsa state.
He went to Christian primary and secondary schools in the area and later attended the University of Port Harcourt. He graduated with a B.S. in zoology in 1981, an M.S. in hydrobiology and fisheries biology (1985), and a Ph.D. in zoology (1995). During his university education, he also taught at Rivers State College of Education from 1983 until 1993. He then served as an assistant director at the Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission, a now defunct government agency, from 1993 until 1998. Jonathan Goodluck’s political career began when he became involved with the nascent People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the late 1990s.
He was elected deputy governor of Bayelsa state in 1999 under the party’s banner. He served in the position until year 2005, when he was elevated to the governorship after the incumbent was charged with corruption and impeached. In 2007 he was selected to be the vice presidential running mate of the PDP’s presidential candidate, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua. He and Yar’Adua were elected in April and inaugurated in May.

Despite Jonathan’s vows, Boko Haram continues killing villagers

President Goodluck Jonathan may dominate the airwaves with vows to rein in the Boko Haram insurgency and restore peace to Nigeria, but the rebels continue to leave no one in doubt as to the emptiness of the President’s speeches, as they continued to kill Nigerians with impunity.

In the latest report, Boko Haram gunmen killed 35 people in attacks on three villages in Nigeria’s restive northeast Borno state near the border with Cameroon, a military source and residents said Thursday.
Dozens of Boko Haram gunmen dressed in military uniform stormed Gumushi, Amuda and Arbokko in all-terrain trucks and motorcycles, opening fire on residents and torching homes with petrol bombs, they said.
“Boko Haram attacked the three villages Wednesday morning in which 35 people were killed, including 26 in Gumushi,” a military officer in the state capital Maiduguri told AFP on condition of anonymity.
“The insurgents hurled petrol bombs into homes, setting them ablaze and shot residents as they tried to escape,” he said.
He said the gunmen raided Gumushi around 6:00 am (0500 GMT) where they killed 26 residents.
Local media however put the death toll in Gumushi at 42.
Witnesses said the gunmen also launched coordinated attacks on the neighbouring farming villages of Amuda and Arbokko, 125 kilometres from Maiduguri, killing nine people and destroying scores of houses.
“The attackers came at 2:00am (01:00 GMT) when people were asleep and went about throwing Molotov cocktails into homes which exploded and set fire,” resident Pirda Takweshe told AFP.
“They then opened fire on people as they ran out of their homes, killing nine and injuring 13 others”.
Boko Haram which means “Western education is forbidden”, has stepped up deadly raids in northeast Nigeria in recent months, pillaging and burning entire villages and killing residents as part of its five-year-old campaign to establish an Islamic state in the north.
Violence blamed on the Islamist group has killed over 5,000 people since 2009, with close to 2,000 killed this year alone. On 14 April, the gunmen stormed Chibok Girls Secondary School, in Borno State and kidnapped 276 girls. About 219 of the schoolgirls are still in the captivity of the militants, 45 days after, with no visible sign of a rescue plan by Nigeria’s military.
News of the latest deadly raids came on the same day as Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan vowed a “total war against terrorism”.
“I am determined to protect our democracy, our national unity and our political stability by waging a total war against terrorism,” Jonathan said in an address marking 15 years since the return to civilian rule in Africa’s most populous country and largest economy.
“The unity and stability of our country, and the protection of lives and property are non-negotiable,” he said.

A young man, named, Ibrahim Tilitili was said to have been paid the sum of two thousand Naira (N2,000), to burn down few houses at Mandara Girau village in Biu local government area of Borno state. Ibrahim, Chibok by tribe and resident of Mandara Girau village confessed that one Mallam Sani also a resident of the Village gave him the amount and instructed him to set some of the houses in the village on fire. According to residents of the village, Ibrahim had succeeded in setting ablaze three houses and scare the people of the village who started running for their lives to safe heaven before some brave young men pounce on him, when they realized, it was a lone attack. On realizing that, he was somebody they know in the village, they wanted to killed him, but some elders intervene and he was arrested and taken to Sarkin Baka- renown hunter in Biu town, where he made confession that, he was actually paid by Mallam Sani who is also resident of the village to set those houses ablaze. Our Correspondent learnt that, after he was interrogated by Vigilantee leader (Sarkin Baka) in Hausa langauge and made the confession, he led the men who arrested him to his paid master, who was also arrested and handed over to police in Biu town.

Farzana Parveen, who was three months pregnant, was killed before a crowd of onlookers in front of the high court of Lahore, police have reported. The woman was killed while on her way to court to contest an abduction case her family had filed against her husband. Her father was promptly arrested on murder charges, police investigator Rana Mujahid said, adding that police were working to apprehend all those who participated in this “heinous crime.” Arranged marriages are the norm among conservative Pakistanis, and hundreds of women are murdered every year in so-called honor killings carried out by husbands or relatives as a punishment for alleged adultery or other illicit sexual behavior. Tuesday’s attack took place in front of a crowd of onlookers in broad daylight. The courthouse is located on a main downtown thoroughfare. A police officer, Naseem Butt, identified the slain woman as Farzana Parveen, 25, and said she had married Mohammad Iqbal, 45, against her family’s wishes after being engaged to him for years. Her father, Mohammad Azeem, had filed an abduction case against Iqbal, which the couple was contesting, said her lawyer, Mustafa Kharal. He said she was three months pregnant. Nearly 20 members of Parveen’s extended family, including her father and brothers, had waited outside the building that houses the high court of Lahore. As the couple walked up to the main gate, the relatives fired shots in the air and tried to snatch her from Iqbal, her lawyer said. When she resisted, her father, brothers and other relatives started beating her, eventually pelting her with bricks from a nearby construction site, according to Mujahid and Iqbal, the slain woman’s husband. Iqbal said he started seeing Parveen after the death of his first wife, with whom he had five children. “We were in love,” he told The Associated Press. He alleged that the woman’s family wanted to fleece money from him before marrying her off. “I simply took her to court and registered a marriage,” infuriating the family, he said. Parveen’s father surrendered after the attack and called his daughter’s murder an “honor killing,” Butt said. “I killed my daughter as she had insulted all of our family by marrying a man without our consent, and I have no regret over it,” Mujahid, the police investigator, quoted the father as saying. Mujahid said the woman’s body was handed over to her husband for burial.

This is the first picture of Sudanese woman Meriam Ibrahim, who was sentenced to death for apostasy, from inside the prison where she's being held. In this pic, Meriam carries her new born baby girl Maya, who was born this week in prison. Her legs were reportedly chained as she gave birth in prison. the 27 year old has been in prison for eight months now and is awaiting execution for doing nothing but marrying a Christian man. Right is Meriam's husband, Daniel Wani, with the new baby.

Despite just given birth, it's being reported that Meriam will be given the 100 lashes that are part of her sentence in 2weeks' time unless she wins her appeal. Meriam has refused to renounce Christianity and Sudanese authorities are bent on the barbaric punishment despite mounting international outrage.

Former Oyo Governor, Ladoja, loses son in fatal auto crash in Lagos

One of the sons of former Oyo State governor, Rasheed Ladoja, died yesterday Thursday May 29th in a fatal auto accident on Eko Bridge.

Adebola Ladoja, who was driving a Volkswagen Golf car, was heading towards Lagos Island around 3.30pm when a DAF truck said to be on top speed lost control, rammed into the median of the bridge and then rammed into his car, crushing it and killing Adebola on the spot.

"It took several hours before those who came to the rescue of the victim could break into the vehicle. He was trapped behind the wheel with blood gushing out of his head as a result of the impact,” an eyewitness said

Lagos state Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, confirmed the incident and said the late Adebola's corpse has been deposited at the mortuary

"On Eko Bridge, a Daf truck with registration number. JJJ 59 XA, driven by one Justice Oseghai, ran into a Volkswagen Golf car marked AKD 107 CJ, driven by Adebola Ladoja, son of the former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Rasheed Ladoja. The victim died on the spot. His corpse has been moved to the Lagos Island General Hospital’s mortuary for autopsy, while the truck’s driver has been arrested."

Presidential fact-finding committee visit Chibok

Members of the presidential fact-finding committee on the abducted Chibok school girls yesterday May 29th paid a visit to Chibok community. In a statement signed by the committee spokesman, Kingsley Osadolor, the committee met with some officials of the Borno state government, including the Borno State Commissioner for Education, Musa Kubo, Chairman of Chibok Local Government, Bana Lawan, five district heads of the surrounding communities, Chairman of the Parent Teachers Association of the Government Girls Secondary School Chibok, the principal, parents of the abducted girls and some of the girls who escaped were all present at the meeting.

"Members of the committee visited the burnt-out structures of Government Secondary School, where the girls were abducted. The receiving party conducted members of the committee round the grounds of the school. The principal, vice principals, matrons of the hostels, as well as security guards and cooks were earlier debriefed by the committee in Maiduguri. The committee later held an interactive session with the Chibok communities on the school premises. At the meeting, Chairman of the Fact-finding Committee, Brig.-Gen. Ibrahim Sabo (retd.), who spoke with misty eyes, said the committee came, first, to sympathise with the parents and other community members over the havoc of the insurgents. He assured the people of President Goodluck Jonathan’s concern about the fate of the abducted students, saying that the President was having sleepless nights. As we gather here today to see you wailing, by the grace of God, we will also gather here to dance and rejoice with you when the girls regain their freedom" it read

The spokesperson of the committee said the people were elated to see them and asked that their message of hope and belief that the girls would be found be delivered to the President. He said one of the fathers whose 2 daughters are still in Boko haram captivity, Rev. Enoch Mark asked that people should stop politicizing the missing Chibok girls and also stated that the abduction was not a religious thing as both religions were affected by the abduction.

Boko Haram attack more villages, 48 dead

Boko Haram attacked a third village, with the deal toll rising to 48 people, residents and security official say. 
Jos - Boko Haram militants attacked three villages,killing 48 people, residents said Wednesday, as rescue workers in the central city of Jos searched for the missing a day after two car bombs killed more than 100.

One of the villages that were attacked between Tuesday night and early Wednesday lies near the town of Chibok, where more than 300 schoolgirls were kidnapped last month.

The reports came from residents and were confirmed by a state intelligence agent who spoke on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to give information to reporters.

Apagu Maidaga of Alagarno village said residents hid in the bush and watched while the extremists set ablaze their homes of thatch-roofed mud huts.

"We saw our village up in flames as we hid in the bush waiting for the dawn; we lost everything," he told The Associated Press in a telephone call.

In Jos, where 118 people were killed in twin car bomb attacks Tuesday on a bustling bus terminal and a market, rescue workers armed with body bags on Wednesday dug into the rubble of destroyed buildings.

Most victims were women and children vendors, said Mohammed Abdulsalam of the National Emergency Management Agency.

"We expect to find more bodies in the rubble," Abdulsalam said.

Jos is tense with fears the attack blamed on Islamic extremists could inflame religious rivalry. The city in central Nigeria sits on a volatile fault line dividing Nigeria's mainly Muslim north from the predominantly Christian south and has been a flashpoint in the past for deadly conflict between adherents of the two religions. Boko Haram, the group suspected in the attack, wants to impose an Islamic state under strict Shariah law in Nigeria, though half the country's 170 million people are Christians.

Officials in at least three other central and central-north states have suggested the extremists are feeding into local tribal and religious tensions to spread the insurgency from its stronghold in the northeast into an area where thousands have been killed in recent years in disputes over land, water, religion and tribe.

President Goodluck Jonathan indicated that he blames Boko Haram for Tuesday's attack, assuring Nigerians their government "remains fully committed to winning the war against terror." Jonathan has been saying that for years, despite the lack of results.

Nigerian army spokesman Brig. Gen. Olajide Laleye also insisted victory was close Wednesday, dismissing reports of troops suffering from low morale and lack of basic equipment including bullet-proof vests.

But extremist attacks have increased in frequency and deadliness this year, with more than 2,000 killed in the insurgency compared to an estimated 3,600 between 2010 and 2013.

Boko Haram's 5-year-old uprising has grabbed international attention with the abduction of nearly 300 schoolgirls who the extremists are threatening to sell into slavery.

Why does our mood change?

Before i can tell you about the mistakes that ruin your mood you first need to know the mechanism responsible for changing your mood throughout the day. In my article understanding mood swing i explained how the inputs we keep receiving through our senses keep changing our moods through out the day.
Your mood can change either because of your thoughts or because of an external input from the outside world. For example, if you took a look at your watch and noticed that you are late then your thoughts will change and your mood will follow.

7 mistakes you do everyday that ruin your mood

• 1) Consumption of wrong data: How would it feel like if you were feeling full then you kept eating lots of food? Of course you will feel really bad. Food consumption isn't any different than information consumption. If you are in no mood to know the recent news, to find out who went into a relationship or to know what your friends did then checking your Facebook home can destroy your mood. Consuming information when you don't feel like it is like eating while you are full and this is why so many people end up feeling bad after checking their Facebook home.
• 2) Compulsive checking of important information: Lets suppose you were waiting for an important message or email. In such a case checking for that message every now and then might result in severe disappointment. The same happens to those who check their stock prices, social network updates or email very frequently.
• 3) When Eating goes wrong: Food can make us happy, this is a fact that many people know but just as you can get a temporary pleasure out of eating your favorite food you can also I) Feel really guilty if you believed that this food can affect your body shape or health II) Experience serious mood swing as a result of binging.
• 4) Physical vs emotional pain: In one study it was found that the areas in the brain that get activated as result of being socially rejected are the same as the ones that get activated when people experience physical pain. In other words just as your emotional state can affect your physical state your physical state can also affect your emotions as well. If you put your physical body under pressure then you are also pressuring your brain and emotional state (for example: not taking brakes, working late at night..etc)
• 5) Perception of time: If you are a procastinator then i am sure you understand how you tend to feel more pressured as a the time passes. One of the external inputs that affects our moods is the passage of time. If you had certain tasks to complete then make sure you don't waste time at the beginning of the day else you will risk ruining your mood later on
• 6) Getting exposed to negativity: Whether its a discussion forum, a post with its angry comments or a verbal fight on a social network consuming this kind of information can dramatically lower your mood. In my previous articles, i explained how getting exposed to few negative words can dramatically change your mood
• 7) Delayed long term objectives: Even if you stayed in bed and didn't subject yourself to any external input your thoughts will still affect your mood. So many people put their long term plans aside and as a result experience guilt, sadness and dissatisfaction with their lives every single day. Start on your long term goals today in order to end those bad moods.
